Welcome to Kingsway, Etobicoke

An affluent urban neighborhood full of peaceful nature scapes

Kingsway is a picturesque neighborhood that marries urban amenities with peaceful nature scapes. Located in Toronto’s west end, Kingsway is not far from downtown, but residents have little need to leave thanks to the incredible shopping and dining that’s just moments from their homes.

Kingsway Park, as it was originally called, was farmland in the early 1900s. It was acquired by a developer who intended to create a gorgeous English garden-style subdivision for the affluent of Ontario. This lush neighborhood’s first residents were businessmen and executives, who took the opportunity to buy houses for sale in Kingsway, while the area continues to be a favorite of Toronto’s affluent.

This private, serene community has grown and thrived over the past century. Kingsway real estate is comprised of gorgeous single-family homes set along the tree-lined streets, where Edwardian and Victorian architecture from the late 1800s and early 1900s reigns supreme. There are also gorgeous mid-century bungalows mixed in with the older homes.
