This lush neighborhood’s first residents were businessmen and executives, who took the opportunity to buy houses for sale in Kingsway, while the area continues to be a favorite of Toronto’s affluent.

This private, serene community has grown and thrived over the past century. Kingsway real estate is comprised of gorgeous single-family homes set along the tree-lined streets, where Edwardian and Victorian architecture from the late 1800s and early 1900s reigns supreme. There are also gorgeous mid-century bungalows mixed in with the older homes.
